Schoolboy in hospital after dog attack

RYAN Phillips was rushed to intensive care after he was mauled by the family dog. The nine-year-old boy, who lives in Westbury-on-Severn, had to undergo lengthy surgery after receiving serious facial injuries according to police. The dog, a Staffordshire bull terrier, was put down by vet Graham Stephens following the horrific attack.
